Ameliorating Sleep Deprivation

Normally, the brain needs seven to ten hours of sleep nightly to optimally function. Studies show that sleep deprivation elicits the formation of cellulite. Here are some things that ameliorate sleep deprivation (but do not entirely make up for lost sleep):

Omega-3 EssentialFattyAcid's for such sources as fish, flax and hemp; ashwagandha (Withania somnifera); rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) and eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus) herbs
