How to Plan

Plans are specific. They should include a specific time and location. They should not focus on values although they may indirectly appeal to them.

A rational judgment of a plan takes values into account in evaluation of the plan's impacts but not of its framework. A plan's impacts are the effects it can have and how likely they are to occur if the plan is implemented.

I use the moniker knowledge_treehouse to refer to the idea that knowledge branches (one discovery leads to questions and benefits, each of which leads to more questions and benefits) and enables an artificial habitat (life rubbed patterns, not the energy of pumped antiblues).
